Been using your product and previous company you took over for over 20 years BUT I am considering a change to TURBO TAX because you do not coordinate with JP Morgan like they do. I can directly bring across my Brokerage accounts with little effort with them from a link on JP Morgan's tax document page, but not to you. And, you do not include them in your extensive list of companies except for one reference to their Fund which does not access their actual brokerage. This makes using you much harder.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS

The program is so difficult to use and annoying. I have difficulty opening the application and things get lost and messed up all of the time.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

I have used the H&R Block software for the past few years now and have been very satisfied ever year. I have tried and compared Turbo Tax software, but H&R Block is so much easier to understand and less complicated. Plus, most importantly, I get a better refund with Block than Turbo Tax for both my federal and state returns.
