Confusing RMD questions

Some of the questions are vague and no online help to assist me in understanding what needs to be entered. It was hard to get a person on the phone to help.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

The data check which said I didn’t enter my dividends and interest which I thought should have downloaded from my broker account. Turns out because of the data check I entered them twice and had to file amended return
