Use it to get taxes done, despite lack of support

HRBlock is the only tax software I've used to ever file my taxes because I don't want to do it by hand, and it's easy to import previous years' data to get started the next year. There's hardly been any change in the software in over a decade that I've been using it; it could use improvements for sure. Difficult to get support via phone, and impossible via email/chat. There used to be forums a long time ago but they are gone. Importing data from ETrade is a pain every year, and had to find a solution via the internet because of the lack of support. Annoying.
