Software is easy to use, but I'm still upset that for Oklahoma it doesn't "support e-file returns that require a schedule describing state and municipal bond interest not specifically exempted". This is the 4th or 5th year that I have received this same message. Should probably switch to a different tax software.

Bought a copy of this software from Wal-Mart! Easy to use software. Do not like having to pay separate fee to file state taxes on-line using this software. Wish cost was upfront at time of purchase rather than later.

Senior citizens should not be charged for this service. I did not owe any taxes and was not getting a refund. But I had to pay anyway. Will not use this service again.

I've used H&R Block for several years now. It is easy to use and does a good job. My recommendation is that tax software should be revamped. It should allow users to input information by form type; the software should then ask for other information; ask clarifying questions and then produce a draft return to review.
