I found myself answering the same questions over and over which was annoying and time consuming. When I reviewed numbers, which were correct, they were still flagged for review. Price is lower than Intuit but is price worth it?

HR Deluxe Income Tax Software is not consistent from working on it one day and coming back to it on another day. I have used HR Block since 2007 and found it sufficient. However with the inconsistency this year I will return to Turbo Tax for next year.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Flawed. Demanding inaccurate information to file. Box 10 1098 is a box that can contain different data not average mortgage balance and is frequently empty. Most 1098s do not contain average mortgage balance at all. I volunteer doing taxes for AARP and have seen more than 100 1098s. Form 8895 which receives 199A values (box 5 of 1099-Div) says this is not fully supported. How do you expect the user to know what is proper without any addition guidance!
