Any software that uses a vendor with a domain name of bazaarvoice gets a low score for the sheer stupidity in not realizing the name is at best slightly trashy and too close to bizarrevoice to think of peasants mingling and trying to steal from street vendors because they are so poor they are willing to eat human flesh if there is some catsup in packets for free.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents
