Ease of access, accessibility not great-text size

The tax software works fine but the text is small and lettering color is grey so it can be hard to read. The screen layout doesn't support increasing the font size very well because the NEXT button and some of the text disappears off the right side of the screen as thentext size increases. If you have K1s, it can be hard to figure out where to input the data, but that may be true with Turbo Tax as well

Very disappoint in this year’s software. I’ve used H&R Block Deluxe +State software for years and years and never had a problem UNTIL this year. The program just wouldn’t “save”. I’d work on it for a couple of hours, try to save it and then when I went back to open it, all the work I’d done had disappeared.I tried redoing it a couple more times with the same result: not saving newly entered data. Finally, I called the H&R Software customer help and the woman said others had had the same problem. I spent over an hour on the phone with her and we seemed to figure out a work around and it seemed to work so I finished and e-filed; but, then there was an error message after e-filing and when I went back to correct the error, the “saved" data was gone again so I had to start again and re-e file. It finally went through but cost me “pulling out my hair” and tons of wasted hours entering then reentering data just to get it e-filed. I’m only hoping that when I import this year’s data into next year’s software, these problems don’t rear their ugly head once again. Maybe I need to try TurboTax next year??
