Corrupted install leading to an endless update loop; the included state install did not work. Online support did help but the hassle was not worth the small cost savings. Has gotten buggier each year. This was year the final straw.

First time Let down using since Softwareinception

i bought the software of download version on the first time (have been using the online version) and tried it out. i believe the online version was better and convenient.

It was difficult for me to save the final files like I wanted to do.
I use federal for filing and the state for mailing. It is to expensive to file the state on line when you owe them.
Do you think something could be done about that in the future.
Several years ago I was able to save the final files much easier then today.

I find it hard to preview just my forms as they will be printed and sent to the IRS. The forms view peviews all the worksheets, etc. which are "cluttered".
