It doesn't integrate past years files into current year so if you don't have a PDF, you have to redownload previous year software. Warned about missing info on social security income when I don't have that income. It's passable but nothing great.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
