I've been using this product ever since it first came out so many years ago. It is fast and accurate. I use it for my taxes and for several others of my friends and family. The program is easy to use and it will walk you through all the changes that come out every year. And I got my refund back in less than a week, wow!

Need Improvement

I imported all tax documents from brokerage houses. On Vanguard, the tax software did not pick up the description of securities correctly. It prompted me (the user) to make the corrections. This happened for at least two years in a roll.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Not quite as easy as I expected. Return initially rejected, I had to make a minor correction and resubmit. I was forced to call for assistance in order to resubmit because instructions were clear as mud. Call center assistant was able to walk me through resubmission process.
