I use H&R Block software every year. Walks me through all facets of the applicable tax areas relevant to my situation, so I am comfortable with my return. Autoloading of data from the previous year and downloading data from my financial firms makes inputting data easy, I just have to review. The Accuracy check gives me confidence my return is good to go.

Easy to use with a problem that needs correction.

I purchased TurboTax and had problems with it and was unable to get helpful customer support. I bought H & R Block it worked well with one exception. The software prepared an Ohio School District Tax form which Ohio did not except when the returns were filed online. My local Ohio school district does NOT have an income tax. The form was not needed and, of course, was not accepted. You emailed me to file by paper! This is an error which should be corrected.
Pros: Easy to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!
