I have used your software over 20 years and never had a problem. Last year I had an issue trying to download it and this year while filing my PA state return, at the last step of editing after the program said it was all ready, I was told PA would not accept the return without attaching a Wage summary worksheet. So I found the worksheet inside the forms section and had to manually create a document and attach it prior to editing!
Why wouldn’t the program simply attach it itself and save the manual step? When you buy tax software you expect the SOFTWARE to do its job. I will now be forced to look into other software programs next year.
I recommend you fix these sloppy issues before you lose business.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
