I am very disappointed in HR block this year, due to use a West Virginia form to get a tax credit, the software would not file electronically and had to mail my State in separately this was a major inconvenience for me and another family member. I checked and various competitors allow for electronic submittal of state with the use of the form (MV=1 Motor vehicle property tax adjustment (West Virginia))
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased two different state software packages this year as I am now a part time resident in two states. I wish there was more linkage that seems simple. For example it would be good to ask me if the federal income that was not earned in AZ should be my income in CO and then fill it in.
