I've used this software for 3 years now. It gets the job done. However, in the attempt to 'idiot-proof' the software, it has become cumbersome and finding input screens has become more challenging. I know where I want to put a number on a return so when I have to walk through 3 screens to get it there, I get annoyed at the waste of time necessary to do so. The software works well... the input screens are becoming burdensome.

The program is good, the service/support stinks. The program would not load. Window installer failed, Multiple attempts and hours of effort. Searched for help on web. No fix found. Major differences for what was the "fix". Deleted and reloaded the program. Finally reached the download limit. I bought a new computer to be able to find a solution. Had to buy H&R Block a 2nd time to download to new computer. Never found any help from H&R Block. Never found reset for download limit, never found "easy" refund. And no notice for a six download or no notice for the number of downloads that remained.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
