Mostly good, but a few frustrating quirks. A few items from previous years that don't apply can't be unchecked. It forces you to go through interview questions that no longer apply. It might make sense to do that for one year after, but this has been going on for several years, One example is the question about foreign income.
Pros: Easy to prepare

it was a bit confusing as each time i saved the file, i couldn't return to the point i left off until after the Federal updated each time the app was opened.

Easy to fill in the amounts and complete the taxes. Printing out copies of files should be a little easier to get to. The cost of emailing the state forms is a bit much. The cost should be free to email them just like the federal files.
