Overall the product is pretty good. One thing that needs to be improved is your terminology. For instance, on a state return you advised that a "worksheet" must be included in submittal. There was no "worksheet". It was titled as a "Schedule". To resolve that discrepancy cost me 45 minutes of my time. Also, other descriptions of items were very vague and required more independent research. I feel your program writers could do a better job in that department.
Pros: Easy to prepare
