I've used for years and all my last years text id pre formatted. My complaint is that I can't print a single page or form without getting stuff i didn't want. A waste of paper.

Very easy to use and most is intuitive. I still have minor problems with it but nothing that is a show stopper. I don't think it can be great for everyone because needs differ and understanding the text varies with all people. It works for me quite well.
