Everything works fine, with the exception of the State module. This is the 2nd year in a row that I've had to reach out to HRB and have them send me the state module separately to load. I never file my state return electronically, so I don't know if the hang-up is related to not simply buying the state e-file like the program attempts to lead you down the path to do. I always buy the Deluxe + State version.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming
