The reason for the 3 stars: I have been buying and using your software for many years. Each year you send me an email with a special offer for a valued customer. Each year I wind up purchasing the software from someplace else at a significantly lower price than your special offer. I find that to be very insulting. The software itself is fine.

Navigating can be tricky and some error messages could be tweaked, but overall, a very good product.
