I continue to be annoyed with your IT folks. Every year when i attempt to pay for your program with my credit card, your system won’t accept my legal last name of “O’Connor.” I try multiple times. This is frustrating because when using your program I am allowed to properly spell my last name. A simple fix. Most other companies can get it tight…

I was trained and employed by Block for two years. I have found the premium package exceptional since then. Unfortunately, this could be my last year using Block unless you support Win 10 next year or Chrome, Windows has informed me that i need a new computer to run their next operating system. Unless you do,
