Worked well until I went to upload the state return and it would not do it. My wife and I live in different states, yet it wanted the length of time last year she was in the school district I'm in (Ohio return) and wouldn't go any farther.

Your presale advertising said the purchase included access to real assistance agents. I later learned it was not true. I stuck it out this year but will not purchase again. In my opinion, this is no longer exceptional software.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
