I've used this software for decades and always rated it a 5 star. This year it took forever to get the Capital Gains forms finalized and I still have doubts because something didn't seem right. I filed knowing I entered the information correctly and they will stand behind me in an audit.

I have used this product for a long time. It loads the previous years return and populates the resultsinto this years return to give you a starting point and to remind you what you did. It does the calculations for you so you do not make mistakes. It walks you through new things and live changing events.

Though ultimately effective, the user experience is negatively impacted by clunky navigation, such as the premature final review despite warnings. The lack of a form preview, requiring printing to see results, is another area needing improvement.

I have been using this software for many years. It is convenient to have last years info transferred over. It is very helpful but sometimes there are issues that you have to make the decision that could be right or wrong and there are no guard rails for situations like that. The price went up a lot but it is sill much lower than the competitors.
