I bought and downloaded a few weeks ago; went very smoothly. Uploaded last year's data and completed this year without any issues. Completed state as well and e-filed both together. Worked very well.

Been doing taxes with this software for a few years now. I was going to switch this year, but ended up going with them again when I got a good deal to purchase it. I'm glad I did because it was mostly easier than last year. Now they just need to get Homestead Exemption in the programming so the software doesn't keep telling me I have a problem because I don't pay property tax.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Have used H&R Block software for years and was pleased with it's ease of use. In the past when I had a question, it was answered quickly and easily. This past month when I ran into a question on what to check on a certain form, I called the Help line and was asked if I had purchased the Pro version. When I told them no, they gave me the IRS help number.

Product needs two items. 1st, an RMD calculator to help figure out some questions asked.
2ndly, a planning tool for coming up with the numbers for 1040-es contributions in the coming year.
These may be in the software, but I haven't found them yet

Have been using this s/w for years. Is a little thin in terms of deductions and credits for foreign pension income taxed at source, both at US federal and especially state levels.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
