I have used your program for several years, and I have one complaint: I use a Mac computer, and on mine, many of the page printouts are not usable, since the right (or left) side of the page isn't visible or doesn't print. This seems to be the case each year. Am I supposed to make adjustments on my Mac or my printer (an Epson?} My solution is to get the pages I need from the Federal (and/or NY in my case} websites, and they all seem to print correctly, and are useable. Otherwise, I like your program and will continue to use it. Am I doing something wrong?

I have utilized HRBs tax software for going on 15+ years now. I have always found it to be accurate, easy to navigate and reliable.
On few occasions when I was stumped with an issue, the software helped me work it out.
No reason to look for a replacement.

Reliable software eases the burden of doing taxes

I’ve been using H&R Block tax software for years and am generally quite pleased with it. The only downside I’ve found is that it doesn’t always give you sufficient information about what should be entered into some of the fields during the interview process. Sometimes I have to do a little research on my own to figure things out. Occasionally I may even have to do a little guesswork.
Pros: Easy to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

Definitely worth switching to this from TurboTax

I was a satisfied user of TurboTax for 20 years until I received the 2024 version where the input screens for 1099s (interest/dividends, etc) were an absolute mess because they did not show everything in a simple spreadsheet type format as they had all previous years and would have been very time consuming to enter data.. So I tried this H&R software and found that it did the job well and with little hassle. I plan to use it for 2025 taxes and beyond.

I used the Federal and Minnesota returns and had no issues. However when I did the property tax credit schedule (M1 PR), it did not pick up the untaxed portion of my Social Security payments, and therefore overstated my refund. Fortunately, I caught the error, recalculated by hand, and mailed a revised paper copy. This experience was not a deal breaker on future use of HRB software, but it did alarm me.
