Would give it a much higher rating but have mineral rights only lease that I get small rental payments for but own none of the land. Your software is woefully deficient in any help or acknowledgement of such a rent and questionnaires make no sense either under rent or royalties sections.
Cons: Time consuming

when I bought this Deluxe 2024 software it includes 5 e-file Federal tax return, but it charged me second time when the time I e-file the first Federal tax return by this software. If this was charged accidentally, please return the money to my. Otherwise I can't trust this company and will no longer use this software.
