I cannot efile because no one can tell me my spouse’s 5 digit pin, and usually worked until a couple of years ago ,and I had to go in person to their office. Now I keep getting rejected by IRS, saying spouses pin does not match. Gonna change direction next year.

It didn't cover my deductions and I had to go back. It also would not let me calculate next year's tax payments since my husband retired. It would only ask questions for self employment. I've used HR for a very long time. This year was awful!
Cons: Time consuming

Not being very tech savy I had a couple issues. Phil Bergstein, a local agent and a great guy, who did my 2022 & 2023 taxes helped me out a little.
