Solid software. Like the free electronic federal year and the fact the the state electronic filing price hasn't changed on years. This year we'll be doing RMDs and I was looking around for how to handle a QCD when you take a RMD, but didn't see anything, (since the financial institution when you complete an RMD doesn't automatically take it out of taxable amount on your 1099) but didn't find anything.....guess we'll need to battle that next year when we file.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

IMPROVEMENT SUGGESTIONS:
1. Needs more financial institutions on the list to upload documents so that time-consuming, by-hand uploading can be eliminated.
2. There *must* be an option to enlarge the text size! The small text is hard to read, especially when the accurate inputting of info is so crucial.

I have used your program for numerous years and last year there was an error with the program resulting in a n additional refund which was a program generated error.
Also to make the program easier for older people to use, a larger font could be used through out the software.

I’ve been using HR Block tax software for years and couldn’t be more pleased with the simplicity and accuracy of the tax return process. Although HR Block offers free, in-person help and audit assistance, I’ve never neeeded it because their pre-filing accuracy review is that good!
