I have used H&R program for years but the tax codes are hust getting too frudtrsting! Unless you have kids there are just no more savings for someone retired!
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund

It was very difficult to load and update the program. The windows were so large I couldn't see the buttons that are usually at the bottom. The window was not resizeable or movable. I tried changing my computer display settings and nothing worked.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using that software for a decade. I am happy with it in 90%, except for the clicking buttons (back, next) and the review form, which does not accept override.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents
