After many years of using software, still appreciate the interactive questionnaire process to move through return preparation. Received quick response that both federal and state accepted. Only suggestion I have is to not charge extra for filing state return, especially if only filing one federal return. Thank you.

Happy with the product, except at one point I was unable to save my data. Your support told me to delete a pdf related file and then was able to save. No worse feeling than entering lots of data and then being told it wasn’t saved.
