Very easy to use. I like that I was able to create a lot of what-if scenarios and see which is the best way to do my taxes. Federal e-filing was also great as mine was rejected for a simple error within an hour and I was able to correct it and get accepted quickly. The price of the software is my biggest complaint.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had, for the first time, imported information from my financial advisor but it was not complete within the return being prepared. Also, the fee for e filing the state return is ridiculous and why I will be ending my use of your service.
Cons: Time consuming
