this is a 2nd time I've been requested to share feedback. As stated previously, the State software was more difficult than expected. I had multiple questions where I was forced to go outside the software to the online State website to find answers.

The program worked just fine. It's a shame that you make up pay for our state tax program to be filed.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
