I am decently happy with the software and appreciate the help it gives me to prepare my own taxes. It still uses cryptic language that takes a lot of time to decipher at times. The helps are not that great at times. Get dummies to prepare taxes that are somewhat complicated and look for the common places they stop and look for help, and make those easier to use and better info to get them on the right track quickly!
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
