The program is fairly easy to use but this year I had some issues as some things could not be corrected when I put a wrong amount in.
I also could not set up the federal to pay through my account and had to send a check.

I did not get the maximum refund or even close. In my situation, I can itemize but it is better to take the federal standard deduction but itemize state with charitable contributions made.
