I've been using this product for 10+ years. It does the job for me. There is only a couple of places in the program where some of the required inputs and verifications are a little oblique. In this time I've never had an issue.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund

I've been using H&R Block since it was called TaxCut. That has been at least for more than 20 years. It has always been complete, intuitive and served me well. Its suggestions and error finding are really helpful and avoid incorrect submissions.
