Ive been using H&R Block for over 10 years and each year the software has never failed me. I like how easy it is to input your own information, import the previous years information and how clean the overall look is. My only gripe would be during some Data Verifications I've entered in a value and it will proceed to keep the Verification as if it's not ok.

Two years in a row the software tripped me up in the final steps. This year, It wouldn’t let me efile my state return because of a form I didn’t even use. Huh? Last year, I couldn’t make a correction that impacted filing, and had to create a new return, renter the info to bypass the software glitch. And whenever I do have a tax question, every search result is provided by the competition, and not H&R. Definitely not going to be using H&R next year.

I've been using H&R Block software for a few years now and it's great- easy to use. The issue I have with it, is when trying to save it. The instructions have you go to the "print" button in order to save it, but after you go there, the instructions are how to print--not how to save. Also, there is no 'pop-up' asking WHERE I want to save it.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!
