Software caused me to pay twice for state e-file
on April 12, 2025

When e-file state, it was rejected the first time. Software provided my amended AGI from last year, which caused the return being rejected. I had to pay for state e-file again to do second repeat the e-file.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
