Years ago, when this software was named Kiplinger's Tax Cut, I was provided a free copy one year to do my taxes. I have used this software ever since. I love it. It is easy to use, and it saves me time by loading info from previous years. I am hooked

I trust this software explicitly. However, I am not an accountant nor tax specialist and have found some of their terms and some of their explanations require the specialties of an accountant or tax specialist. I say this with good authority since I had a problem on an unusual aspect and it took a friend, a tax specialist, to figure it out/straighten it out and it turn out to be totally engulfed in terminology. Normally using this software to do our, mine and my wife's, is very straightforward, even with us transitioning from working folk to retired folks. To H&R Please test your software and its many aspects on non-financial folks.

I’m on my 3rd year of using the Desktop software. I have only one complaint. I’m a senior citizen, and I have difficult with the small type font, and can’t find any convenient way to change it. Almost all other apps I am able to increase the font size.
