I like the convenience of the software. I do wish that upon entering information that access to previous tax filings will be automatically available and make importing information quick and easy.

Have been using the H&R Block Deluxe Tax software

My older brother used to us this (and Taxcut which I think was what this was called years ago) and TurboTax and he was using this when I started using tax software. So I have used it for years. Now that I trade stock and stock options at Fidelity I appreciate the ability to import there tax information about my trading all year. I have been filling my State of Ohio through it lately. I do think the state filing cost seem high. It would be nice you could use the 5 free filing for state or federal tax filing.

What happened to my state programs and it's not ju

Why do my state programs disappear after a certain period of time and this is every year it doesn't seem fair. Sometimes you need to go back and print your records, but they disappear. I might use a different program next year. I can't have half of my taxes forms disappear and yes, I followed the the method of getting them back, but that doesn't work.
Pros: Easy to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
