ADEQUATE BUT NAVIGATION CAN BE DIFFICULT

Adequate. Navigation and cell links need to be improved. Can't print a single page. Must print the whole document. HR Block does not import crypto trades from Koinly. I understand Trubotax does; so if HR Block does not include Koinly, I will use Turbotax. I would recommend to a friend but with caveats.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

I had a difficult time downloading the program…I called help desk for help…I was on the phone for 45 minutes, the rep couldn’t help me…I finally was able to download program by trial and error…The problem was that I couldn’t find the .dmg file…It would be nice if the program would tell you where to locate the the file..Never had trouble when you provided a disc…Hope next year is easier…If not I might have to switch after so many years with your program…Thank you
