Prior year overpayment not applied to 2024 tax

All went well until I received an overpayment check fro IRS in the amount that I chose to apply to following year. This amount should have automatically been carried forward with my data by the Block software, used both years.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this, and it was so cumbersome and NON-user friendly that I didn't even end up using it.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

I used the pay by credit card feature to pay my taxes and it failed to go through, however my credit card was used fraudulently just a day later. you should have this looked at.
