I've been using H&R Block software for more than a decade. It's always been fairly easy to use. I've come to rely on it for my taxes. This year, I finally used it for next year's planning as I will taking social security for the first time this year.

The fact that you don't disclose that there is a 3% surcharge fee for paying your taxes with a credit card until after you can change your mind is very poor service.

My extension was rejected because it said I had already filed an extension on my ssn. I had not, but I then had to file a paper extension. and pay with a check instead of online. I think was was an error in your software.
