It is a good program but I had problems probably due to my negligence in reviewing the instructions. I did not save my finished return correctly so I lost it, but thankfully I had already submitted it .
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

Overall the software is quite good, however, when I searched the help database for some information on subjects I was questioning it did not bring back relevant results. Ultimately, I got help via the chat function or by calling though. So all good!

I'm a very senior citizen. For years and years, I resisted buying software to do my taxes because I was determined that as an educated adult, I was smart enough to do them on my own.
