Use it every year. It has some issues but I work around them. If you enter IRA contributions and then go back and uncheck them they don’t get removed. You have to specifically blank them out before you uncheck it. Same in other places. Also can’t handle swapping filer positions in a joint return, it gets confused. But in the flip side it found a tax credit that made it all worth buying the software.

L have used this for many years, can say it has improved especially in the multi state filing. Still can’t give it a 5, especially cause it’s not a surprise when I end up having to adjust a state filing.

VERY disappointed with how horribly convoluted it is to print out both FED and STATE estimated tax forms. I spent more time on that than all the other time combined.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

The software kept zeroing out income tax with held from spouses retirement. It took 4 tries before it accepted the amount with held. Before that, results showed that we owed instead of receiving a credit. (I have to manually confirm (4 times) that software did NOT recognize that the portion of the income was with held).
