Many years of using the product satisfactorily. Suggestion would be to enhance the errors tool to detect ALL issues which prevent e filing. Cleared all items in the software issues list and still ran into problems which needed resolving before efile was permitted.

I have used this software for as long as it has been on the market and it’s as good as ever. Easy to use with clear explanations for all sections. I do miss having the DVD option though, in case a reinstall would be required.

I have use Tax Cut for many, many years. It is a great program. The only problem I had this year is I needed another form and didn't realize it. I did the form on IRS and saw I didn't need to file it but now am second guessing myself! Time will tell!

Good results, but can be frustrating at the end

I’ve used this software annually for 5 years or more. I like the results, but getting there can sometimes be a challenge. Specifically, there will be boxes on questionaires that you can’t uncheck even though they don’t seem to apply. And then at the end, it pulls up a list of things to check from worksheets that I have no idea what they are. You can’t proceed without addressing them. Some of it is as simple as adding a social security number to a form (why didn’t the program do that?) and some things are just baffling, and the only way to get rid of them to proceed on is to lie or change the information on them. It can be very frustrating.
I really like the fact that the program imports tax information (and carry over deductions) from previous years.
