Regular customer. I had several mailers offering reduced prices. Unable to use the QR codes with my computer and had to pay full price at a store. Didn't offer the product I needed at the reduced price either. Beyond that the program worked well except for K-1 entries with codes.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

I have been using H&R software for years and never has failed me. It is easy to use, just takes some patience to get through it but it's worth it.

I was unable to e-file my return. H&R Block software was not transferring the information on the 8962 form. After many times reviewing and correcting, I had to mail in my return. It is a shame.
