Problem after purchase

I never seen the code to get my free E-File for Federal Return and was unable to get any help from your help me site. As a result I had to pay with a credit card to E-File. My wife purchased date was early this morning 4/14/25
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works fine for standard traditional simple returns. Need to have provisions to assist with things such as a 1040 Final for a deceased person and a way to submit a 1041 for a simple trust.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare

I've been using this probably since about 2010 or so. Works well. This year, however, I used form 2210 because I had made quarterly estimated payments. A certain amount of manual data entry was expected for this via direct data entry into form 2210. It took me quite a while before I realized that I also had to manually enter Premium Tax Credits for my ACA health plan. The software has this information from me already and could have easily pre-populated those fields. Consider adding this capability in the next edition please.

Cons: Time consuming

H&R Block tax software is easy to use. My only complaint is it isn’t easy to contact them if you have any issues. Sure you can text a bit, but there isn’t an 800 number where you can get questions answered.
