When completed the software does a check and then say all is good. Then when I try to file, it comes back saying there some errors. It should all be done at once, not when I am trying file the federal or the state. It is very annoying and time consuming.

It is a good program but I had problems probably due to my negligence in reviewing the instructions. I did not save my finished return correctly so I lost it, but thankfully I had already submitted it .
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

Overall the software is quite good, however, when I searched the help database for some information on subjects I was questioning it did not bring back relevant results. Ultimately, I got help via the chat function or by calling though. So all good!
