Pretty straightforward software. Feels very outdated, though. A lot of the automatic integrations such as importing tax information from various sources works about half the time. Had to redo everything because the file I was working off of was improperly saved when the application crashed. Also be prepared to pay more than what you originally paid for to add another state.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

State Efile was very frustrating !!

I wanted to incorporate all my fed info into an easy state filing for PA.
I was guided thru all the menus and questions/forms.. it finished and passed all accuracy checks.
Then I went to efile it - which came at an additional cost...
Gave my payment info, then submitted, but was STOPPED by needing to add an attachment.
Why - thot the whole idea of e-fie was so no need for extra forms/scans.
At that point - the item needed was described in very cryptic terms and the program offered no help or suggestion, nor explained whether the form was obtainable from within the program or was external.
I was at a loss what it was requesting - shame on you for leaving a user in that "state" - pun intended !!
