Easy, quick and thorough

I have used this software for quite a few years and have never had a problem completing my returns and getting the most return. I won't use any other tax software. Value is excellent.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

There were technical questions I couldn't answer because they weren't explained. Instead, your software recommended downloading IRS publications, which only defeated the purpose of using your software. Your internet sales claim, "Import your tax documents seamlessly" was true for some documents but not all; "Get expert guidance on investments...," fell short also. And your chat function couldn't answer a single tax question, nor could it connect me with expert help for which I would have been willing to pay extra. My takeaway -- your performance fell short of your marketing claims.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Satisfactorily switched to Block after 20+ years

Block product, now used last two years, is similarly easy to use, a fully satisfactory replacement for/after 20 years of my using the "turbo" product. As an ultra-experienced user, on Mac, T-Tax's "solution" to this year's program refusing to open despite me having updated Mac OS Op Systems to meet the continually raised minimum requirements, was to insultingly try to upsell me into the expensive, extra-cost "live help" service which I have absolutely zero need or use for.

Good product, but the ffilled in sections could be a lot more bolder to see it more emphasized. No option to make filled in font bigger or more darker.
