For the first time in the past 5, this year I had no problems getting the H&R Block Deluxe program to load on my laptop. The program worked very well this year. My only issue was at the end, it was difficult to tell if I had submitted my returns or not. Also, I'm not happy that I still need to pay to e-file my state return.

Simplifies taxes by completing forms through a series of questions. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is a glitch where it can't seem to recognize a 1099-R company retirement earning from a 401K distribution. Overall its very good software at an affordable price.
