I have used H&R Block software for the past 15 years and really like it. The only problem I have ever had and even had this year is When I am installing the software, I am unable to default the location of the file into the folder that I want it to go into, Even though the program says that I can
I must save the.T 24 file to the default location and then copy it manually two by desired location and then I’m fine
Fix this bug and I will give it five stars as I have never had any other problems in 15 years

I have been using this software since it was Taxcut and it has always worked well. However, it seems that I am unable to have specific questions about how calculations are made or be able to speak to any tax professionals on the telephone. In the past that help was available to software users and it seems that the only personal help is now available to on-line customers.
