Did not interface with ADP - one of the largest payroll processes in the business,
Could not generate State voucher,
Several workflow errors resulting in a loop that I could not break out of - was fixed with an update a month later, (just in time to file taxed
Horrible use of screen real estate: Only the middle third of the screen was used. No ability to use standard windows zoom, and font size fixed and way to small. I had to use a magnifying glass to use your software - (Not ADA compliant.)

I have used the HR Block software for over five years and am constantly aggravated and frustrated because I cannot print ONLY THE PAGES OF MY RETURN that I want. When I try to print page by page, the program will not allow me to PRINT FOR FILING.

I've used the software for several years and that is one of its biggest advantages making it easy from year to years since it imports from your previous year's file. I don't like that it asks all the itemized questions even if you know you will take the standard deduction; I wish it would ask if you want to itemize or not or "don't know" if it is close for a person.
Pros: Easy to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The software is great I’ve been a customer for over 20 years, the reason for a less than top rating is you charged me twice to submit my state filing. The first filing was rejected for a minor mistake which I fixed in a minute the resubmitted which you charged me a second time.

I always buy this product and have had good success. However, because of a small error, I had to submit my form twice, each time paying the California State form charge. Why did you charge my card twice? When am I going to get a refund for one charge?
