not enough functionality. it cannot handle something as simple as a K-1. Difficult to navigate and instructions lacking in useful info)

Information on IRS withdraws in the program is poor. Only after going to IRS pages could I understand how to fill the form out correctly. Every year I go back to you and by the end of tax season I wonder why did I use such a poor program again. Your trying to sell the program online is a joke no real deals.

I've lost track of how long I've been using HR Block, but every year it makes it relatively easy to figure my taxes. Usually I don't have to file either federal or state due to income level, but I've been using it to get a quick AGI to use for my state renter's property-tax refund. This year that refund needed to be claimed via the state income-tax form so I decided to file both federal and state. My first attempt to e-file federal was rejected; but HRB walked me through making the needed corrections, and my 2nd attempt was successful.
The only downside is that sometimes the instructions don't exactly match what I see onscreen, but it wasn't too difficult to figure out what needed to be clicked.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
